Nice walk through several villages and vineyards to stop for food and water.

Distance/Time: ~29 km (18 miles)
Time / 6–7 hours.
Difficulty: Moderate (long distance, but gentle slopes).
Terrain: Open vineyard trails, dirt tracks, and some paved paths.
Alternatives: For those not walking, local buses and taxis connect to the next stages.

Logroño: Start point, exiting through La Grajera Park.
Navarrete: Located 13 km from Logroño, a major town with services, a church, and a pottery tradition.
Ventosa: A small village/town often used for a break or lodging.
Alesón: Small village along the way.

Calle del Laurel, Traditional tapas crawl- located in the old town, it is famous for its narrow alley filled with dozens of bars specializing in unique, individual pinchos and local Rioja wine.
Highlights: Parque de la Grajera reservoir, Navarrete town (Baroque Church of La Asunción), and the panoramic views from Alto de San Antón.
